Obituary: Leon Cohen, 73

Leon Cohen, 73, of Atlanta, passed away suddenly, but peacefully Wednesday, November 11, 2015. A gentle and kind soul, Leon was loved and respected by everyone he touched. He was born in Cairo, Egypt to Stella and Sion Cohen, both of blessed memory. Leon moved to Atlanta in 1963. He served in the United States army and attended GA State University. He is survived by his wife, Georgette; daughters: Laurie Ben Mor (Daniel), Mira Liniado (David), and Natalie Cohen; grandchildren, Ralph, Emmy, and Lauren Liniado; sister, Laurette Hanein; brother, Maurice Cohen (Annie); sister-in-law, Phyllis Cohen; brother-in-law, Arthur Geduldig; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
