We all have New Year’s resolutions, and they fail by the first week of February. This year I am going to make resolutions I can keep.

Cherish the time. My son is a proud member of the class of 2022, and my daughters are 2023 and 2026. As my son likes to remind me, he only has less than 8 months of living at home.
Be kind to myself.
Have more date nights with my husband.
More single dates with my children.
Live in the moment. Don’t dwell on the past or focus on the future.
Try something new whether it be restaurant, or activity.
Exhibit more self-confidence.
Hang out with girlfriends more.
Be more independent.
Smile at strangers.
Stick to healthy habits.
Pamper myself.
Give out a compliment every day.
Learn something new.
Change my perspective.
Practice gratitude.
Do a random act of kindness.
Channel my inner child.
Accept change.
Conquer fear.
Practice patience.
Stay optimistic.
