Obituary: Sarah Belle Edelstein Miller
Sarah Belle Edelstein Miller, daughter of the late Abraham I. Edelstein and Jennie Shaefer Edelstein, passed away on November 21, 2015 in her residence at the Fountainview Center for Alzheimer’s Disease. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She enjoyed working at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta for over 12 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Frederick G. Miller, her brothers Benjamin and Asher Edelstein, and her sisters Rachel Friedman and Gertrude Broudy. She is survived by her children, Simon Miller (Sandra), Denise Murphy (Mark), and Abbe Moody (Art); her sister, Katie Berman; nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held on Monday, November 22, 2015 at Greenwood Cemetery. In honor of her memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
