Anniversary: Trudy and Dr. Behrooz Dayanim

Dr. Behrooz (aka Ezra) Dayanim and Trudy (Banks) Dayanim celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Dec. 26, 2025.

Behrooz, born in Shiraz, Iran, and Trudy, born in Portsmouth, Va., met on a blind date in Norfolk, Va. Behrooz worked as a surgeon, while Trudy worked as a teacher and, later, as a realtor in Virginia.

In 2018, they moved to Atlanta to be closer to their daughter and family. They are the proud parents of three children (and spouses) and grandparents to nine grandchildren (and two spouses).

May they continue to share many years of health, happiness, and nachas with their family.
