The Jewish Community Relations Council of Atlanta (JCRC) will hold its quarterly Community Council at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, March 5, at Congregation Ohr HaTorah. The event will bring together a panel of community leaders, advocates, and healthcare leaders to examine food insecurity through a Jewish lens and explore constructive responses both in Atlanta and Israel.
The Community Council will focus not only on understanding the scope and impact of hunger, but also on identifying meaningful actions the Jewish community can take together.
JCRC of Atlanta serves as a common table for the Atlanta Jewish community, convening individuals and organizations to discuss critical public policy issues and advocate for solutions grounded in Jewish values.
JCRC welcomes participation from anyone interested in lending their voice to help shape a communal response to this important issue.
