Letter to the editor,
“And they’ve got big noses …”
The Republican Jewish Coalition in Georgia has stated that Senator David Purdue is a true friend of the Jewish community and a real mensch. So now our “real friends” and “mensches” are persons who doctor photographs to make their opponents look more Jewish, encouraging anti-Semites to be certain to vote against that opponent. Is this the new ethic of our Jewish community? Have we become morally bankrupt?
