I am deeply grateful to Georgia’s Jewish community for your continued overwhelming support. I don’t take that support for granted; I work every day to earn our state’s continued trust. I am glad to report that in an era of intense political conflict, more and more Republicans are crossing the aisle to endorse my campaign — including conservative Republican mayors from Valdosta, Tifton, and Toccoa; the Republican chair of our state’s Peanut Commission; and former Republican U.S. Senator Jeff Flake. This bipartisan coalition will power us to victory over the disgraced bigot and antisemite Mike Collins.

I am also deeply proud of our community for its historic role supporting civil rights and human rights. When I was sworn into the Senate as the first Jewish Senator in Georgia’s history, I placed my hand upon a Tanakh that had belonged to Rabbi Jacob Rothschild, chief rabbi at The Temple when it was bombed by white supremacists in retaliation for supporting civil rights.

And while I took the oath of office, I kept in my jacket pocket a copy of the ship’s manifests documenting the arrival at Ellis Island of my great-grandparents, Israel and Annie Ossoff, immigrants fleeing antisemitism in Eastern Europe who arrived with little more than the clothes on their backs.

I will continue to fight for civil rights and human rights in the Senate, and to investigate and expose the abuse of power.

When powerful officials in our state denied the abuse of foster kids, I opened an investigation and exposed that hundreds of foster kids were likely sex trafficked in the care of the state. Then I passed a bipartisan law to crack down on child trafficking.

When big drug companies were ripping off Georgians for insulin, I cast a decisive vote to cap the cost of insulin at $35 per month — now I’m fighting to ban insurance companies from denying Georgians needed health care.

My bipartisan investigations have exposed civil rights abuses in federal prisons, the mistreatment of pregnant women in local jails, and medical abuse of women in ICE detention.

My opponent, Mike Collins, is a bigot and antisemite who tolerates the production of neo-Nazi propaganda from his home. Consider this: from Mike Collins’ house, heinous antisemitic propaganda is produced and disseminated to an audience of millions.

Let me be clear: only an antisemite would allow antisemitic propaganda to be produced from his own home. Period.

Meanwhile, Rep. Collins’ office intervenes with DOJ and the FBI on behalf of a Holocaust denier — and Collins’ chief of staff briefs notorious white supremacists on their efforts, while another former Collins staffer flaunts the swastika and wears KKK regalia. Collins is surrounded at home and at work by white nationalists and neo-Nazis. These are despicable failures, disqualifying for a member of Congress and candidate for Senate.

That is why we will defeat the bigot Mike Collins and send a message heard around the nation that Georgia rejects antisemitism and hate.
