Atlanta nightlife just got a lot more sparkly. Will engagement proposals or 50th anniversaries ever be the same?
Solomon Brothers has launched the $10K Martini, billed as Atlanta’s first true luxury cocktail experience, pairing a signature drink with a genuine five-carat natural diamond necklace.
Jaron Solomon explained, “Roaring Social [a 1920s-themed speakeasy, restaurant, boutique and bowling alley] approached us with this incredible opportunity to bring their luxury martini to life with diamonds, and we knew immediately that it was something special. Our goal was to create an experience that our clients couldn’t find anywhere else while also giving them an incredible value on a beautiful natural diamond tennis necklace.”
Roaring Social took a year to develop the idea as they waited for the right partner. The inspiration took shape after they opened their second location in Decatur, featuring a dramatic bank vault entrance to its underground social club. That detail sparked the idea of a luxury cocktail experience.
Enter Solomon Brothers, with stores in Alpharetta and Buckhead, as a natural fit and shared focus on memorable guest experiences. Once the partnership was finalized, execution took three months, involving a cocktail recipe worthy of showcasing a five-figure necklace, a replica cubic zirconia piece for the presentation, purchase agreements, and a full content shoot. To clarify, the drink has itself faux but realistic stones dripping over the sides, with the documents to exchange for the “real deal” at Solomon Brothers for security.
The $10K Martini features the five-carat natural diamond tennis necklace valued at $11,700, offered below retail. Replicas are on display at Roaring Social’s Decatur and Alpharetta locations, letting guests view before purchase.
Interest has been strong in the week since the launch. The experience isn’t meant for casual nights out. It’s designed for milestone moments like engagements, anniversaries, or major achievements. Solomon states that the necklace is a good value priced below its retail, making it a win-win and that inquires have been pouring in since the announcement.
