Her great-grandparents are Bettye and Harry Baer of Atlanta; Harold Himmelstein and the late Ellen Himmelstein of Boynton Beach, Fla.; Eva Klein and the late David Klein of Toronto, Canada; and the late Irving and Sylvia Hoffman. Dafna is named in honor of her great-grandmother Sylvia.
