Creamy Chocolate Pudding

A Passover recipe for chocolate pudding with avocado.

Don’t discount the addition of avocado for a rich dessert!

Ingredients:

1 large avocado

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons agave or equivalent Passover sweetener

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Put in blender or mini processor. Voila!

Top with fresh berries.
