The rabbi and the hospital chaplain will wed at Ramah Darom in October.

Malka Packer and Mercy Monroe are delighted to announce their engagement. Surrounded by family, friends and the beauty of the natural world, their wedding ceremony will be held at Camp Ramah Darom in October 2017.

Rabbi Malka is the founding director of InterfaithFamily/Atlanta, a nonprofit Jewish organization that empowers and supports interfaith couples and families. Mercy is a chaplain and supervisory education fellow at Emory University Hospital.

Join in the celebration of their upcoming nuptials at an aufruf at Congregation Bet Haverim during the Simchat Torah service on Thursday, Oct. 12, at 6:30 p.m.
