In-Person Briefing on Israel at War
The event, featuring Drs. Michael Koplow and Eli Sperling, will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24. at the Selig Center.
The chief policy officer of the Israel Policy Forum, Dr. Michael Koplow, is coming to Atlanta to analyze the situation in Israel amid its war with Hamas and to assess what lies ahead for Israel as a secure, democratic state. He will be in conversation with Dr. Eli Sperling, who teaches Middle East history and politics at the University of Georgia.
Co-sponsoring the event are the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Atlanta.
This event replaces the previously planned session on the 30th anniversary of the Oslo Accords with Nimrod Novik, an IPF senior fellow who was a foreign policy adviser to Shimon Peres.
The event will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24. at the Selig Center, located at 1440 Spring St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309.
Admission is free.
